Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
Contact us as soon as possible and we'll refund you in full before your order leaves our supplier's warehouse. Reach us during business hours at (289) 212-8410, via chat, or by email at team@preservedirect.com.
Refunds and Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email team@preservedirect.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for where to send your item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used hair care products, brushes, and tools that have been in contact with hair or skin cannot be returned unless defective. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable.
Shipping Times
We work with trusted supplier partners to fulfill your order. Estimated shipping times are shown on each product page and may vary due to supplier processing and carrier delays. Please allow the full estimated window before reaching out about a delay.
Damages
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged or defective, email photos of the damage and your order number to team@preservedirect.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
