4.1 Product Availability - All products are subject to availability. Some equipment is sourced or built to order through our supplier partners and may have extended lead times, which will be communicated at checkout or after you place your order.
4.2 Pricing - Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We're not liable for pricing errors, changes, or discontinued products.
4.3 Payment - We accept major credit cards and other payment methods made available at checkout, processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
4.4 Order Acceptance - We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Please see our Shipping Policy for details on delivery timelines, freight shipments, and inspection requirements for freight-delivered equipment. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7.1 All content on the Website - including text, graphics, logos, and images - is the property of Preserve Direct or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property law.
